R	Rosario D'Orazio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cercavo un laboratorio per riparare una borsa di pregio che avevo regalato a mia moglie e, navigando in rete, trovo questo laboratorio che, come promesso, in soli tre giorni, con spesa decidamente modica, non solo provvede alla riparazione ma, obiettivamente, rende la borsa esteticamente, a mio parere, anche piu' bella. A questo punto decido di portare a riparare anche uno zaino per macchina fotografica ed accessori . Il tutto capita alla vigilia della istituita zona rossa e, credo per le difficolta' dell'evento, il corriere incaricato del trasporto dello zaino dal negozio al laboratorio lo smarrisce. Non ho avuto nemmeno il tempo di apprenderlo che il titolare mi ordina identico prodotto, nuovo, su Amazon... e sinceramente mortificato me lo consegna. Queste "antiche" realta' vanno pubblicizzate !!! Professionalita', competenza e correttezza assoluta ! Ho avuto imbarazzo totale e, al momento, non avrei voluto accettare, poi ho capito l'importanza del gesto assolutamente istintivo e sincero di chi ama il proprio lavoro, ne assume i rischi ed ha assoluto rispetto della clientela, chapeau ! At this point I decide to take a camera backpack and accessories for repair as well. All this happens on the eve of the established red zone and, I think due to the difficulties of the event, the courier in charge of transporting the backpack from the shop to the laboratory loses it. I didn't even have time to learn that the owner orders me the same product, new, on Amazon ... and sincerely mortified, he delivers it to me. These "ancient" realities must be advertised !!! Professionalism, competence and absolute correctness! I was totally embarrassed and, at the time, I didn't want to accept, then I understood the importance of the absolutely instinctive and sincere gesture of those who love their work, take the risks and have absolute respect for customers, chapeau!
