che ho riscontrato poca professionalità in fase di colloquio, suscettibile è inesperto in risorse umane, sopratutto una grossa lacuna in preparazione di carpenteria, per la suddetta
Selezione in essere.
PERTANTO consiglio vivamente, per i colloqui futuri, un ‘esperto in materia della ricerca del personale , non un Plant Manager ( dubbioso !! )
Per quando riguarda l’azienda è la direzione è i suoi prodotti non ho nulla da dire.
