Passano DUE settimane, mi presento all'appuntamento convinto di lasciare la macchina ma...mi dicono che non hanno un auto sostitutiva... Mai avuta... Risultato: Tempo perso per nulla. Spero sia solo stato un caso
 Appointment taken explicitly asking for the availability of replacement machine since they do not work on Saturday ... no problem but we fix an appointment ... They spend TWO weeks, I introduce myself to the appointment convinced to leave the car but ... they tell me they do not have a replacement car ... Never had ... Result: Time lost for nothing. I hope it was just a case
