Ero venuto qua dopo essermi lesionato la caviglia, avevo bisogno di una cavigliera particolare prescritta dal mio ortopedico (una specie di calza rigida con dei cuscinetti d'aria) che mi sarebbe servita successivamente anche in riabilitazione, purtroppo nel negozio non era presente allora la commessa mi propone un alternativa "uguale" almeno nella sua testa ma non di fatto, mi ha dato praticamente 2 pezzi di plastica rigidi da legare attorno alla caviglia insistendo con presuzione sul fatto che non cambiava nulla da quella prescritta dall'ortopedico a quella sua, concludendo in fine con la frase "mica devi sfilare con questo tutore". Ovviamente me ne sono andato senza nemmeno risponderle.

I had come here after injuring my ankle, I needed a special anklet prescribed by my orthopedist (a kind of rigid sock with air cushions) that would have served me later also in rehabilitation, unfortunately the shop was not present at the time he offers me an "equal" alternative at least in his head but not in fact, he gave me practically 2 pieces of rigid plastic to tie around the ankle insisting presumably that nothing changed from that prescribed by the orthopedist to his own, concluding at the end with the phrase "you don't have to walk with this tutor". Obviously I left without even answering her.

Ordine annullato visto che nonostante ci fosse chiaramente disponibilità di averli consegnati in 48h, dopo la mia telefonata effettuata il terzo giorno lavorativo dall'ordine, volevano spedire il pacco dopo una settimana dal pagamento.
Bad experience for '' only '' of syringe needles. Order canceled since despite there was clearly availability to have them delivered in 48h, after my call made on the third working day from the order, they wanted to send the package a week after the payment.

Sul sito risultava disponibile con spedizione in 24/48 ore dal pagamento; il servizio clienti mi conferma sia per scritto che telefonicamente della disponibilità del prodotto ma dopo 11 giorni la spedizione non parte in quanto non hanno ancora ricevuto il prodotto dal fornitore. Annullato l'ordine e ricevuto immediatamente il rimborso ma nessuno considera il grosso disagio per la persona malata e che necessita immediatamente di questo importante ausilio. Per fortuna ordinato presso un altro sito online che me lo fatto recapitare in 24 ore al medesimo prezzo!!!! In certi casi la professionalità sta anche nel precisare tempestivamente la disponibilità di prodotti fondamentali per la vita di persone con grosse disabilità.
Purchased a walker for a disabled person with urgency request. On the site it was available with shipping in 24/48 hours from payment; the customer service confirms me both in writing and by telephone of the availability of the product but after 11 days the shipment does not start as they have not yet received the product from the supplier. Canceled the order and immediately received the reimbursement but nobody considers the big inconvenience for the sick person and that immediately needs this important aid. Luckily ordered at another online site that sent it to me at the same price in 24 hours !!!! In some cases the professionalism also lies in promptly specifying the availability of products essential for the life of people with large disabilities.

Avevamo difficoltà a trovare calzature ortopediche per i suoi piedi deformi da alluce valgo e dita a martello. Anche per il cambio numero di scarpa non abbiamo avuto nessun problema,anzi! Velocissimi col reso ed il cambio! Grazie ancora per la professionalità. CONSIGLIATISSIMA.
Excellent assortment for the choice of footwear for problematic feet. My mom feels great. We had difficulty finding orthopedic footwear for her hallux valgus deformed feet and hammer toes. Even for the change of shoe size we had no problem, on the contrary! Fast with the return and exchange! Thanks again for the professionalism. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelle spedizioni on line davvero pessimo. Pagato con carta di credito, pacco non arrivato per errore loro, e non contattabili da giorni a qualsiasi numero ed email. Ora vedrò se riesco ad avere i soldi indietro.
In online shipments really bad. Paid by credit card, the package did not arrive by mistake, and cannot be contacted for days at any number and email. Now I'll see if I can get my money back.

Ordinato e pagato giorno 6 dicembre. Attendevo conferma di spedizione che non arrivava. Giorno 17 chiedo lumi e mi viene risposto che avrebbero spedito l'indomani, senza spiegare le cause del ritardo. Finalmente mi arriva la conferma di spedizione, giorno 20!!!! Servizio assolutamente pessimo: se il prodotto non era disponibile, bastava avvisare! tempi biblici per 3 bombolette spray. Mai più.
Very bad buying experience.
Ordered and paid for December 6th. I was expecting confirmation of shipment that did not arrive. Day 17 I ask for answers and I am told that they would have sent the next day, without explaining the causes of the delay. Finally I get the shipping confirmation, day 20 !!!! unforgivably service: if the product was not available, it was enough to tell! Bible times for 3 spray cans. Never again.
