★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'epoca feci fare plantari a mia moglie con continue modifiche perchè dolenti e io aquistai plantari in carbonio..ad un prezzo elevato..ma di pessima scadenza..dove si spaccava il tallone rialzato e richiesto sostituzione..ma il titolare non curante e disinteressato non si fece più sentire..tendendo a far finta di niente non so per chè motivo..a sorvolare il mio disappunto (probabile foveva rimetterci del suo) ..dopo essermi fatto sentire nel mio dissppunto seccato e alteratosi mi prese un braccio con forza in maniera aggressiva e io reagii adeguatamente a far valere le mie ragioni....bruttissima situazione e conportamento del titolare per niente serio..
Neanche scusato del fatto ma concentrato sul documento da fitmare x rimborso..
Arrogsnza pura e mancanza di serietà..!!

At the time I had my wife make insoles with continuous modifications because they were painful and I bought carbon insoles .. at a high price .. but with a very bad maturity .. where the raised heel broke and required replacement .. but the owner does not care and disinterested he did not make himself heard anymore .. tending to pretend nothing happened I don't know why .. to overlook my disappointment (he probably had to lose his) .. after making me feel annoyed and upset in my dissppunto he took my arm with force in an aggressive way and I reacted adequately to assert my reasons .... very bad situation and behavior of the owner not at all serious ..
Not even apologized for the fact but focused on the document to be fitmare x refund ..
Pure arrogance and lack of seriousness .. !!
Zero customer care .. !!
