L' articolo arriva, la mamma va a ritirarlo ma non c' era stata fatta parola sul fatto che fosse impossibile infilarlo da sola...ebbene, chiediamo il rimborso o almeno un buono di pari valore e ci viene negato con scortesia ed aggressività. Sconsiglio di rivolgersi a questo esercente.
Bad experience in this shop. Purchased bodice for the mother by placing an order from the catalog and not being able to evaluate it properly. The article arrives, the mother goes to pick it up but no word had been said about the fact that it was impossible to put it on alone ... well, we ask for a refund or at least a voucher of equal value and we are denied with rudeness and aggression. I do not recommend contacting this operator.
