★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato recentemente in questo negozio delle calze per un problema di mio marito purtroppo mi sono trovata poco bene perché c'è stato un errore nell'ordine Ma la cosa non sarebbe stata grave ho ho chiesto di poter fare il cambio perché ero sicura di aver richiesto il prodotto esatto Mi sono sentita rispondere che l'errore era mio loro non ci potevano fare nulla purtroppo me lo devo tenere così e Sappiamo bene tutti che questo tipo di prodotti sono molto costosi e io ho un prodotto di cui non me ne faccio nulla onestamente non posso tenermelo gli abbiamo pregati di trovare una soluzione e la risposta è stata non ci possiamo fare nulla al che io ho scavalcato tutti Ho sentito direttamente la ditta produttrice e che gli ha riforniti ho spiegato il mio problema loro mi hanno risposto che non esisteva nessun tipo di problema io dovevo solo restituire il prodotto e mi avrebbero fatto il reso e cambio ci sono quasi alterati perché gli ho scavalcati però perlomeno io sono riuscita a avere il cambio ma in tutta questa situazione la soluzione si poteva trovare nell'immediato invece ho dovuto aspettare quasi due settimane per riuscire a risolvere la cosa e ho dovuto intervenire io mi dispiace molto Però purtroppo è andata così e io non mi Ri fornirò più presso di loro
