Die angedrohte Wartezeit hat inklusive Behandlung gerade einmal 40 Minuten gedauert. Sehr aufmerksamer Arzt, der sachkundig meine Verletzungen untersucht hat. Selbst das Röntgen hat der Arzt selbst gemacht. Ich war wirklich dankbar, dass alles schnell und kompetent gemacht wurde. Danke an Dr Gruber und das Praxisteam. After an accident I went to the practice without prior notification. Very friendly reception, unbureaucratic and fast. The threatened waiting time, including treatment, lasted just 40 minutes. Very attentive doctor who knowledgeably examined my injuries. The doctor even did the x-ray himself. I was really grateful that everything was done quickly and competently. Thanks to Dr Gruber and the practice team.

Hatten um einen etwas dringenden Termin angefragt, da sich das Knieproblem ziemlich verschlechtert hat, vor allem die Schmerzen schlimmer geworden sind. Erster möglich Termin in einem Monat. Völlig desinteressiert am Patientenwohl. Very disappointed and upset about the care !! Have been with Orthoplus for over 15 years. Had requested an urgent appointment because the knee problem has gotten worse, especially the pain has gotten worse. First possible appointment in a month. Completely disinterested in patient wellbeing.
M	Met Mat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno molta esperienza e molti dottori, ma peccano molto nel servizio al cliente, e ancora non ho capito per quale motivo il tutto viene emesso in lingua tedesca nonostante sappiano che hanno una Italiana di fronte. Inoltre se poi vi fate operate presso la loro clinica com'è successo alla mia anca, preparatevi a ricevere un preventivo ma al momento del pagamento, bisogna pagare a diversi conti separati. Il preventivo viene emesso da orthoplus, ma i pagamenti vanno tutti separati tra medici, clinica, orthoplus e anestesista. Mi domando che tipo di gestione contabile abbiano. Bin absolut zufrieden und kann Orthoplus und das Ganze Team nur weiter empfehlen. Mille Grazie. After falling on a downhill bike, I suffered a serious knee injury. In kürzester Zeit führten Untersuchungen und MRT zur Diagnose: Kreuzbandriss und ein lädierter Meniskus. Prof. Dr. Jeske betreute sehr professionell alle Stationen und legte eine super Op hin. Die Nachversorgung war ausgezeichnet und mein Sohn, der schon einmal eine Knieoperation mitgemacht hat ist hochzufrieden. Das Ortho Team hat auch bei der ganzen Zettelwirtschaft schnell und zuvorkommend reagiert. Danke dem Team und ein Riesen Danke dem Jeske. 7 Sterne sind leider nicht möglich I went to Ortho Plus with my son after a knee injury. Prof. Dr. Jeske looked after all stations very professionally and performed a great operation. The follow-up care was excellent and my son, who has already undergone knee surgery, is extremely satisfied. The Ortho team reacted quickly and courteously to all the paperwork. Thank you to the team and a huge thank you to Jeske. 7 stars are unfortunately not possible
R	Rainer Sanin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach heftigen Rüchenschmerzen mit Ausstrahlung ins Bein begab ich mich ins Zentrum OrthoPlus um mich dort einer orthopädischen Visite bei Dr. Oberhofer zu unterziehen. Nach einem MRT würde mir ein Bandscheibenvorfall diagnostiziert. Bei Dr. Oberhofer hat man das Gefühl einfach eine Nummer zu sein, " Abfertigung" finde ich hier als Begriff ziemlich treffend. Auf Fragen wird nur kurz und fast schon genervt eingegangen. Als zahlender Kunde erwarte ich mir mehr Feingefühl und Erklärungsbereitschaft. Unzufrieden mit der unfreundlichen Behandlung besuchte ich dann eine andere Privatklinik, wo ich mich dann wohl gefühlt habe. Leider konnte ich die Bilder der MRT von OrthoPlus nicht verwenden da das Bildmaterial anscheinend nicht zeitgemäß und qualitativminderwertig ist. Dies wurde mir auch von meinem behandelnden Artz und von meinem Physiotherapeuten bestätigt. Die nächste MRT machte ich dann beim Omega Diagnosezentrum im Bozen (kann ich nur weiterempfehlen). As a paying customer, I expect more sensitivity and willingness to explain. Dissatisfied with the unfriendly treatment, I then went to another private clinic, where I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the images from the OrthoPlus MRI because the image material is apparently not up-to-date and of poor quality. This was also confirmed to me by my doctor and my physiotherapist. I did the next MRI at the Omega Diagnostic Center in Bolzano (I can only recommend it).
