Tutto il personale è sempre stato cortese nei miei confronti e, non da poco, hanno sempre rispettato al minuto gli orari degli appuntamenti. Li consiglio. Quello che mi fa arrabbiare sono i prezzi, in 3/4 anni ho speso 700 euro per dei plantari che ogni sei mesi si consumano e vanno rimodellati. Senza contare che per mio nonno sono state fatte delle scarpe su misura inutilizzabili e una carrozzina talmente pesante che lui non riusciva a manovrare da solo. Andando pochi chilometri più in là, a Gardolo, ho trovato un centro molto più spartano che con soli 125 euro mi ha preparato, in meno di una settimana, dei plantari senza dubbio migliori di quelli del COT pur costando 1/3. Questi plantari durano 2 annetti, hanno in aggiunta due inserti che andavano messi ma che il COT si era scordato di mettere e correndoci sopra ho davvero apprezzato della differenza... Ho fatto una visita dal podologo, ordinato dei plantari ortopedici e dopo un paio di settimane me li hanno consegnati. Li sto usando da un mese, ho già avuto modo di provare benefici! Il podologo che mi ha seguito è stato molto gentile e professionale. Lo studio è pulito e ordinato. Ci sono i servizi igienici a disposizione dei clienti. I prezzi sono in linea con gli altri negozi. Un consiglio: sarebbe opportuno che chi segue i clienti, chi fa le visite, chi prende i calchi etc si presentasse, io non so chi mi abbia seguita e se dovessi prenotare una nuova consulenza dovrei chiedere "del signore alto che mi ricorda Doc di Ritorno al futuro.." The podiatrist who followed me was very kind and professional. The studio is clean and tidy. There are toilets available to customers. Prices are in line with other stores. A piece of advice: it would be advisable for those who follow the customers, those who make the visits, those who take the casts etc to show up, I don't know who followed me and if I had to book a new consultation I should ask for "the tall gentleman who reminds me of the Return Doc. to the future .. "
