Ils n'ont pas de service après vente donc si vous avez un problème vous tomberez sur des soi-disant ingénieurs qui ne connaissent rien et qui sont incapable de trouver des solutions. J'ai acheté une machine laser pour 17 000 euros ht qui deux ans après est inutilisable. Ils ne sont pas capables de trouver la panne et nous ne pouvons plus nous en servir car elle devenue dangereuse. 3 mois après ils se proposent de venir voir ce qu'il y a. Cette marque est à éviter absolument. privilégiez la marque Gravograph qui ont un vrai service après-vente, qui vous prête une machine en cas de panne, et qi savent réparer.
I completely advise against this brand. They don't have an after sales service so if you have a problem you will run into so called engineers who know nothing and are unable to find solutions. I bought a laser machine for 17,000 euros ht which two years later is unusable. They are not able to find the fault and we can no longer use it because it has become dangerous. 3 months later they propose to come and see what there is. This brand is to be avoided absolutely. favor the Gravograph brand, which have a real after-sales service, which lends you a machine in the event of a breakdown, and which know how to repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic technical service.. Machine breakdown in Sep 2021.. Imported paid parts from Italy to SEZ.. Orotig India technician could not resolve.. Finally sent machine to Italy March 2022... Matter is not resolved as yet.
