β β β β β Non ti seguono e quando lo fanno hanno la puzza sotto il naso. Sono un negozio con prodotti di fascia bassa. Sono capaci di raccontarti qualsiasi cosa pur di vendere. Evidentemente pensano che i clienti hanno l'anello al naso. Hanno tanto da imparare dalle vere gioielllerie. I concorrenti con marchi blasonati ti seguono e ti fanno sentire a tuo agio. Pessima esperienza.
They don't follow you and when they do they have a stink under their nose. I am a shop with low-end products. They are able to tell you anything to sell. They evidently think customers have a nose ring. They have a lot to learn from real jewelers. Competitors with famous brands follow you and make you feel at ease. Bad experience.

β β β β β Pronti a vendere ok , ma come assistenza ne parliamo , io ho preso un Citizen crono Pilot radiocontrollato , si ferma dopo un anno l'ho riportato in negozio essendo in garanzia , me lo restituiscono dopo 20 giorni , dicendo che era un problema di carica , funziona per poco tempo , poi ritorna indietro di un ' ora e mezza , l'ho riporto e mi viene detto che ha il fuso orario , io ho lavorato in alcuni paesi e credo di saperne qualcosa del fuso orario , quindi alla fine ho trovato un centro assistenza a Trieste per conto mio , e ha spese mie di andata e ritorno comunque in garanzia hanno cambiato l' accumulatore .
Ora funziona , semplicemente incompetenti !!!!!!!!!!
Ready to sell ok, but as assistance we talk about it, I took a radio-controlled Citizen Chrono Pilot, it stops after a year, I brought it back to the shop being under warranty, they return it to me after 20 days, saying it was a charging problem, it works for a short time, then it goes back an hour and a half, I carry it back and I am told it has the time zone, I have worked in some countries and I think I know something about the time zone, so in the end I found a service center in Trieste on my own, and has my return expenses, however under warranty they changed the accumulator.
Now it works, simply incompetent !!!!!!!!!!

β β β β β Prodotti scadenti, ho comprato un anello regolabile trilogy per un regalo morale della favola la persona lo indossa e subito si stacca il brillantino... torno in negozio me lo faccio cambiare con uno nuovo essendo in garanzia anche il secondo si rompe...ritorno ne prendo un terzo e la persona a cui l'ho regalato mi ha riferito che lo lascia nella scatola per evitare che si rompa... ieri il mio ragazzo mi regala lo stesso identico anello senza saperlo e fa la stessa identica fine... forse sarebbe il caso di ritirarli se sono tutti difettati in questo modo.

Poor products, I bought an adjustable trilogy ring for a moral gift from the fairytale, the person wears it and the diamond immediately comes off ... I go back to the shop I have it changed with a new one being under warranty also the second one breaks ... back I take a third and the person to whom I gave it told me that he leaves it in the box to prevent it from breaking ... yesterday my boyfriend gives me the exact same ring without knowing it and ends up in the exact same end ... perhaps it would be appropriate to withdraw them if they are all defective in this way.
I give a star because I couldn't have less

β β β β β Im sad to say that i had not very good experience with Recarlo product. I bought a Recarlo ring at SupreMacy Jewelry ( Nave De Vero - the Jewelry shop on 1st floor )
- At beginning i loved it, The design is beautiful but after use it just around 8 days I found out a lot of scratches on the white gold part even if i just wear it sometimes & not working. Thatβs made me feel sad & doubt about the quality of the ring. I contacted the shop & asked if i can bring the ring to Recarlo store nearby my house to fix it & the staff said yes. But when I brought the ring to the shop at Istrana , they said they not responsibility to fix. I have to bring to where I bought!!! ( so whatβs the point to have Recarlo stores everywhere then i can not use the service??!!The customer care / service are not the same with Recarlo network?? ) So i have to take long way to Nave De Vero. And the staff accepted to fix it. One week later i came back to get the ring and found out another mistake that have yellow stain on the ring so they have to fix it again!!! At the end i still not satisfied about my ring!!!! Still have flaw on it ??Itβs make me lost time so i give up to complain & accept it!! & not good feeling as beginning for Recarlo brand!! Hope Recarlo can improve the service & quality!!
