Alcuni tipi sembrano freschi e rispetto al pane del nord sono un capolavoro! Qui in Friuli fresco fa schifo e pare vecchio dopo un minuto!

Rispecchiano la tradizione perché la base è sempre realizzata con semola di grano duro e completata con eleme nti gustosi del territorio:mozzarella,pomodoro,salumi...Devo dire che sono preferibili alle tante offerte presenti in città!!Complimenti!
