L'ho chiamato per avere una spiegazione dopo che gli ho portato a riparare 3 volte l'orologio e si è presentato un problema dopo una settimana dalla riparazione. Volevo solo spiegare e capire come si potesse risolvere, non ho accennato a rimborsi o altro, visto che mi consideravo una cliente, ma sono stata solo aggredita che la colpa era mia e non ci poteva fare nulla.

Very rude person by now to save money I am overconvinced using poor materials. I called him for an explanation after I took him to repair the watch 3 times and there was a problem within a week of repair.
