★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso l'orologeria Casiraghi su consiglio di un collega in quanto il mio orologio radiocontrollato, non riceveva il segnale al cambio dell'orario solare/legale. Inoltre devo ammettere che i miei tentativi di regolare l'ora manualmente, mi avevano completamente "sballato" ogni funzione. Con professionalità e cortesia, il titolare ha rimesso le cose a posto ed il giorno successivo mi ha consegnato l'orologio gratuitamente. Faccio presente che il problema si è riproposto al successivo cambio di orario e nuovamente ha sistemato le cose. Che dire di più? Grazie........
My main problem with the watch Casiraghi on the advice of a colleague as my radio-controlled clock, did not receive the signal to the summer / winter time change. With professionalism and courtesy, the owner put things right and the next day he gave me the watch for free. I note that the question came up the next time change again and he fixed it. mi sono ritrovato l'orologio rovinato esteticamente e meccanica rovinata più di quanto doveva essere fatto. Alla restituzione maleducazione dei titolari che insinuavano che era già cosi, per poi rendersi disponibile a ripristinare i danni provocati. Chiaramente ho rifiutato qualsiasi ulteriore intervento anche gratuito. Colpa mia che mi sono fidato, ma certi prodotti vanno portati presso centri autorizzati.

Having read the resume and seen the reviews I promptly trusted him for my watch and I believe it is not easy to find the professionalism, art and passion that is in his work. I received my watch photographed two days before to let me observe the work it was submitting for revision and it was also exciting for me to see it inside, in all its details. Thanks again and it is wonderful to know that there are Masters in what I think is an art.
