Il prezzo pagato non è stato dei più economici ma, bisogna dire anche che, l'orologio e il marchio sono di un certo pregio. L'operazione è stata eseguita con competenza e professionalità, previo preventivo, nel giro di una settimana (dovendo sostituire alcuni particolari) e con rilascio di una garanzia scritta di 6 mesi. AGGIORNAMENTO 12/2/17: Purtroppo, a distanza di qualche mese, devo ricredermi su quanto affermato sopra. L'orologio si ferma e resta indietro con l'orario. L'orologiaio, in modo anche abbastanza scortese, imputa il problema al fatto che mia zia non fa i giusti movimenti con il polso (ricarica automatica) e la garanzia rilasciata a fronte di 170,00 € pagati vale SOLO nel suo negozio. Alle mie giuste obiezioni, il Sig. Carletti ha risposto di rivolgersi alla Eberhard di Milano, cosa che farò esibendo la sua INUTILE garanzia! The watchmaker, even quite rudely, blames the problem on the fact that my aunt does not make the right movements with her wrist (automatic recharge) and the guarantee issued against € 170.00 paid ONLY applies in her shop. To my right objections, Mr. Carletti has replied to contact the Eberhard of Milan, which I will do by showing his useless guarantee!

Il negozio è vecchio, buio, triste e antiquato come il proprietario che tra l'altro non è neanche bravo come riparatore. Ho portato alcuni orologi per delle riparazioni e ad ogni orologio visionato i commenti erano: Ma no!, non si può fare, costa caro, è un casino, questi lavori vanno pagati, non so se si può fare...e altri commenti negativi simili. Personaggio fuori dal tempo, negativo e assolutamente irritante. Inoltre non è neanche persona di parola perché, per l'acquisto di un orologio, prima dice un prezzo e poi si pente rimangiandosi la parola. Oltretutto per cambi batterie e altri piccoli interventi è carissimo. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO..da evitare!
