Ho portato a riparare un anello in oro a cui era caduto uno zircone. Hanno effettuato la riparazione, ma si è ripresentato lo stesso problema dopo poco tempo. L'ho portato di nuovo da loro solo perché sotto garanzia: hanno avuto il coraggio di farmi pagare di nuovo la stessa riparazione che non erano stati in grado di fare decentemente la prima volta! Lo sconsiglio vivamente: non rivolgetevi a loro per gioielli dall'elevato valore affettivo.
