M	Mirko Adami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dei ladri, due anni assunto sotto questa cooperativa e non hanno mai versato 1€ di contributi, e non mi hanno neppure pagato il TFR, statene alla larga! se è più economica delle altre un motivo c'è. They are thieves, hired for two years under this cooperative and have never paid 1 € of contributions, and they have not even paid me the severance pay, stay away! if it is cheaper than the others, there is a reason.

Lavorato sotto di questa coop a NOVEMBRE e DICEMBRE 2017 e una settimana GENNAIO 2018, sì 2017 e 2018 ora siamo nel 2021. Hanno avuto tranquillamente il coraggio di farmi la certificazione unica su soldi che NON HO MAI PERCEPITO. Per un anno e mezzo ho provato a chiamare in qualsiasi modo e, se per miracolo divino, mi mettevo in contatto con la responsabile del mio contratto erano solo scuse e "Prova a richiamare domani". Dopo un anno ogni volta che chiamavo le giustificazioni erano "La collega è in riunione" o "La collega è in ferie" o "La collega è ammalata" ecc... Ho provato a lasciar stare per un po' di tempo essendo che la ditta dove ho prestato lavoro è stata indagata per una denuncia di un mio ex collega (il quale aveva solo che ragione, pure a lui mancavano soldi) e oggi ho provato a richiamare suddetta coop (M&G). Nulla da dire, la ragazza addetta al call center appena stavo iniziando a chiedere INFORMAZIONI su chi contattare mi risponde "Gli uffici chiudono alle 17.30" e mi chiude la telefonata in faccia. Il problema che non lo fa solo una volta....ma ben 4 o 5 volte! Appena vedeva il mio numero alzava la cornetta e metteva giù la chiamata. Che dire, NON lavorate mai sotto di loro, sono solo dei pagliacci. I am publishing this review for the umpteenth time. Worked under this coop in NOVEMBER and DECEMBER 2017 and one week in JANUARY 2018, yes 2017 and 2018 we are now in 2021. They quietly had the courage to get me the only certification on money that I NEVER PERCEIVED. For a year and a half I tried to call in any way and, if by a divine miracle, I got in touch with the manager of my contract it was just an apology and "Try to call back tomorrow". After a year every time I called the justifications were "The colleague is in a meeting" or "The colleague is on vacation" or "The colleague is sick" etc ... I tried to leave it alone for some time since the company where I worked was investigated for a complaint from a former colleague of mine (who was only right, he too lacked money) and today I tried to call back aforementioned coop (M&G). Nothing to say, the girl in charge of the call center as soon as I was starting to ask for INFORMATION on who to contact replies "The offices close at 17.30" and closes the call in my face. The problem is that it does not do it just once .... but 4 or 5 times! As soon as he saw my number he lifted the handset and put down the call. What can I say, NEVER work under them, they are just clowns.

Per non parlare dei contributi mai versati e stipendi mai percepiti...sono solo da denunciare Bad company, no one answers the phone r when you finally manage to contact them they hang up the phone in your face. Not to mention the contributions never paid and wages never received ... are only to be reported

Multiservizi Srl dal 21 settembre 2017 come operatrice telefonica outbound ed ho sempre lavorato con sacrificio e dedizione nonostante gli stipendi bassissimi e il mancato versamento di mesi di contributi, però a seguito della Fis causa pandemia covid 19 lo scorso giugno 2021 l'azienda mi ha comunicato un lungo periodo di ferie. Fatto sta che ad oggi 10 ottobre 2021 non rispondono alle mie richieste di chiarimento in merito, non e' arrivato alcun stipendio e ancor peggio nessun cedolino busta paga da mesi. Recandomi presso la sede dove ho lavorato per loro per anni a Bari in viale delle Murge l'ufficio non c'e' piu' e presso la sede di Roma quando ho chiamato per chiedere le mie buste paga mi e' stato chiuso telefono. Che strano modo di trattare una dipendente! Lo trovo del tutto irrispettoso e disumano, senza dimenticare che questa azienda si occupa di cercare personale per conto di altre aziende. BHA!!!!!!! The fact is that as of today 10 October 2021 they do not respond to my requests for clarification on the matter, no salary has arrived and even worse no pay slip for months. When I went to the office where I worked for them for years in Bari in Viale delle Murge the office is gone and at the Rome office when I called to ask for my paychecks, my phone was closed. What a strange way to treat an employee! I find it completely disrespectful and inhumane, without forgetting that this company is in charge of looking for staff on behalf of other companies. BHA !!!!!!!

Dal 2017 non mi hanno mai liquidato il tfr e quando chiamavo facevano a scarica barile, l’ultimo signore che mi avevano passato addirittura disse che avevano fatto il bonifico!! Vergogna!!!! Bad experience !! Not serious !! Since 2017, they have never paid my severance pay and when I called they did a barrel discharge, the last gentleman who had passed me even said that they had made the transfer !! Shame!!!!

Stipendi sotto la media del CCNL di riferimento. Ferie e permessi non concesse per mesi e mesi A chiusura contratto nessuna liquidazione di ferie non godute e TFR. Ambiente di lavoro tossico, da rimetterci la salute, dipendenti trattati come pezze da piedi senza alcun riguardo o rispetto. ATTENZIONE: si camuffano sotto altri nomi (PUNTO SERVIZI, AZIONE LAVORO, SERVIZI ITALIA, ELLE EFFE) ma la matrice è sempre la stessa, la m&g holding. To be avoided like the plague, a hymn to illegality from every point of view. Nothing has changed in years. Salaries below the average of the reference CCNL. Holidays and leave not granted for months and months At the end of the contract, no payment of unused holidays and severance pay. Toxic work environment, to be lost to health, employees treated like foot cloths without any regard or respect. Personale inadeguato e privo di umanità ...essendo anche loro dei dipendenti dovrebbero venirti incontro invece di prenderti per i fondelli Disastrous ...
