Effettuato sopraluogo per una riparazione di un auto aziendale da più di un mese, sollecitato per ben 2 volte una risposta senza ricevere alcun riscontro, chiamo la società di noleggio e mi dicono che la pratica non è nemmeno stata inoltrata. Do 2 stelle perché in passato il servizio era migliore, ma nel caso specifico ne meriterebbero una.

Having carried out an inspection for a repair of a company car for more than a month, requested a response twice without receiving any feedback, I call the rental company and they tell me that the practice has not even been forwarded. I give 2 stars because in the past the service was better, but in this specific case they deserve one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach unserer Panne mit dem Wohnmobil, Kupplungsschaden , wurden wir durch die Firma Ormad zu ihrer Werkstatt geschleppt.
Die Reparatur wurde sehr schnell und sehr gut durchgeführt. Der Preis war absolut fair.
Sowohl als Abschleppfirma als auch als Werkstatt eine Empfehlung.
Vermittelt wurde die Aktion über ADAC und ACI. Allen Beteiligten können wir herzlich danken.
After our breakdown with the motorhome, clutch damage, we were dragged to their workshop by the Ormad company.
The repair was done very quickly and very well. The price was absolutely fair.
A recommendation both as a towing company and as a workshop.
The campaign was brokered by ADAC and ACI. We can thank everyone involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una mail nella quale l'impiegata mi confermava importo giornaliero del deposito pari circa a 1 euro al giorno, mi ritrovo con tanti giri di parole a trovarmi il costo giornaliero più che raddoppiato. Auto in deposito dal 13 novembre al 18 gennaio e la stessa impiegata sosteneva fossero 90 giorni di deposito insistendo per giunta con la calcolatrice alla mano. Avvisati che sarei andata a ritirarla il giorno 18 gennaio con un carro attrezzi alle ore 10, mi hanno tirato fuori l'auto alle 11.45! Incompetenti e maleducati. Mi hanno detto che per il problema del costo deposito devo rivolgermi in prefettura poiché le tabelle dei costi sono imposte da loro per quanto riguarda fermi amministrativi... Peccato che di questo nessun loro documento ne faccia menzione e alla mia richiesta di mostrarmi dette tabelle, mi è stato negato. Forse pensano di avere a che fare con una che parla e non agisce. Contattata la prefettura con la quale ho appuntamento giovedì mattina. Staremo a vedere!!!! Comunque sconsiglio vivamente questo luogo per portare il vostro mezzo. Meno male che l'auto in questione va in demolizione perché euro 3 ... Sempre la signora impiegata mi voleva fare firmare una dichiarazione che l'auto fosse nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'hanno prelevata. Specchietto sradicato completamente!
Molta incompetenza e arroganza e non aggiungo altro!
After an email in which the employee confirmed the daily amount of the deposit equal to about 1 euro per day, I find myself with many turns of words to find the daily cost more than doubled. Cars in storage from November 13 to January 18 and the same employee claimed they were 90 days of storage, insisting on top of that with the calculator in hand. Informed that I would go to pick it up on January 18th with a tow truck at 10 am, they pulled my car out at 11.45 am! Incompetent and rude. They told me that for the problem of the deposit cost I have to contact the prefecture since the cost tables are imposed by them regarding administrative stops ... It is a pity that none of their documents mention this and at my request to show me these tables, I was denied. Maybe they think they are dealing with someone who speaks and does not act. Contacted the prefecture with which I have an appointment on Thursday morning. We'll see!!!! However I strongly advise against this place to bring your vehicle. Luckily the car in question is going to be demolished because € 3 ... The lady employed always wanted me to sign a declaration that the car was in the same condition in which they picked it up. Mirror completely eradicated!
A lot of incompetence and arrogance and I don't add anything else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die schlimmste Erfahrung die wir in Italien gehabt haben. Das Auto wurde abgeschleppt und leider dort gebracht. Die haben uns gesagt, dass das Auto ein Problem im Motor hat. Der Termin war für Dienstag war Donnerstag und das Auto war noch nicht fertig. Wir müssten Email schreiben und dann anrufen weil sie sich nicht gemeldet haben. Dann haben Sie gesagt OK "wir haben gemacht was wir dachten was das Problem war. Wir müssten 1900€ bezahlen und das Auto war immer noch mit Probleme in Motor. Dann wollten sie noch 1600€ haben. Sie könnten außerdem kein Englisch und alles sollten wir auf italienisch "sprechen" .... Der Personal von Büro total unfreundlich... Wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sternen geben. Lassen Sie nicht Ihr Auto da bringen
The worst experience we have had in Italy. The car was towed and unfortunately brought there. They told us that the car had a problem in the engine. The appointment was for Tuesday was Thursday and the car wasn't ready. We'd have to write an email and then call because they didn't answer. Then you said OK "we did what we thought the problem was. We would have to pay 1900 € and the car was still in the engine with problems. Then they wanted another 1600 €. They also couldn't speak English and we should do everything "speak" in Italian .... The staff at the office totally unfriendly ... If I could I would give it zero stars. Don't let your car be brought there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 settimane di attesa per aver un appuntamento per la riparazione di un guasto meccanico e tagliando alla mia auto aziendale ,mando una mail di sollecito alla quale mi rispondono che avevano ottenuto l' autorizzazione dalla società di leasing per riparare il guasto e che mi avrebbe contattata per il famoso appuntamento. Trascorsi ulteriori giorni, ho contattato la società di leasing per annullare qualunque autorizzazione concessa a questa officina meccanica , così da potermi rivolgere altrove . La società di leasing mi ha detto che non c'era alcuna richiesta inviata da parte loro.. totale mancanza di professionalità che purtroppo fa fare una pessima figura anche alla società di leasing.
3 weeks of waiting for an appointment for the repair of a mechanical breakdown and servicing my company car, I send a reminder email to which they reply that they had obtained the authorization from the leasing company to repair the breakdown and that they would contact me for the famous date. After a few more days, I contacted the leasing company to cancel any authorization granted to this mechanical workshop, so that I could go elsewhere. The leasing company told me that there was no request sent from them .. total lack of professionalism which unfortunately makes the leasing company look bad too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE! ho dovuto portare la mia auto da loro tramite soccorso stradale, al momento del ritiro dell'auto l'addetto mi informa che il costo del deposito è 1€/gg (come potete verificare in altre recensioni dei clienti) e che devo avvisare per autorizzare i lavori. Il giorno successivo mando questa email e non ricevo risposta alche li contatto per verificare che l'avessero ricevuta, mi mettono in attesa 5 min (per verificare solo una email) mi confermano la ricezione e ne approfitto per chiedere se hanno già iniziato la diagnosi (PREMESSA che sarebbe costata 55€)... la segretaria evidentemente scocciata mi risponde che non si può permettere di disturbare i meccanici e di tenere presente un max di 10gg per una DIAGNOSI!! (DA FOLLI!!!!) non convinta il giorno dopo vado a ritirare la mia auto dove fanno pagare 36€ di deposito per 2gg negando che i prezzi comunicati erano di 1€/gg.
Infine l'ho fatta ritirare da un altro meccanico dove mi restituisce l'auto il giorno dopo aggiustata!!
Vergognosi! evidentemente ci guadagnano sui soccorsi stradali!!!!! vi sconsiglio di portarla da loro.
ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID! I had to take my car to them by roadside assistance, when I collect the car the assistant informs me that the cost of the deposit is 1 € / day (as you can verify in other customer reviews) and that I must notify to authorize jobs. The next day I send this email and I do not receive an answer alche contact them to verify that they had received it, they put me on hold for 5 min (to verify only an email) they confirm receipt and I take the opportunity to ask if they have already started the diagnosis ( INTRODUCTION that it would have cost € 55) ... the secretary obviously annoyed replies that she cannot afford to disturb the mechanics and to keep in mind a maximum of 10 days for a DIAGNOSIS !! (INSANE !!!!) not convinced the day after I go to collect my car where they charge a € 36 deposit for 2 days, denying that the prices communicated were € 1 / day.
Finally I had it picked up by another mechanic where he returns the car to me the next day fixed !!
Shameful! evidently they gain on roadside assistance !!!!! I advise against taking it to them.
