S	Simona Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato 3 maglioni a rimagliare. Ho pagato anticipatamente e la proprietaria mi ha lasciato da li a 15 gg la data del ritiro. Presentata puntuale per ritirarli e nulla era pronto. Rimandato, per forza di cose, il ritiro per il giorno successivo; mi presento, ma ancora nulla di pronto.. rimandati ancora una volta per ripresentarmi e sentirmi letteralmente presa in giro perché ancora nulla mi veniva restituito riparato. Alla quarta volta, passato più di un mese da quando li avrei dovuti effettivamente ritirare, mi venivano consegnati 2 maglioni su 3; il terzo era ancora danneggiato, anzi, lavorando la signora aveva peggiorato la situazione e alla mia lamentela ha risposto dicendomi che a spese sue avrebbe mandato il maglione a riparare da un'altra rimagliatrice dotata di macchinario apposito. Ora .. a distanza di altri 10 giorni abbondanti il maglione l'ho ritirato ancora con il filo tirato !!!! Vorrei precisare anche che su 3 volte che ho portato qualcosa ad aggiustare in questo posto MAI mi é stato consegnato con puntualità; la proprietaria ha sempre rimandato il ritiro e nemmeno avvisandomi telefonicamente, ma aspettando che passassi effettivamente di persona. Sono poi tornata le volte successive accettando le mille giustificazioni date dalla stessa ma sinceramente questa volta i tempi sono stati vergognosi e il risultato pessimo. NON TORNERÒ PIÙ E NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO, HA DAVVERO SUPERATO OGNI LIMITE. I brought 3 sweaters to come up with. I paid in advance and the owner left me the collection date from 15 days. Presented on time to collect them and nothing was ready. The withdrawal for the following day was postponed, inevitably; I introduce myself, but still nothing is ready .. sent back once again to resubmit and literally feel mocked because nothing was still returned to me repaired. At the fourth time, more than a month after I actually had to withdraw them, I was handed 2 sweaters out of 3; the third was still damaged, in fact, working the lady had worsened the situation and to my complaint he answered telling me that at his expense he would send the sweater to repair from another linking machine equipped with special machinery. Now .. after another 10 days, the sweater I picked up again with the thread pulled !!!! I would also like to point out that 3 times I brought something to fix in this place EVER was delivered to me punctually; the owner has always postponed the withdrawal and not even advising me by telephone, but waiting for me to actually pass in person. I then returned the following times accepting the thousand justifications given by the same but honestly this time the times were shameful and the result very bad. I WILL NO LONGER GO BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, IT HAS REALLY PASSED EVERY LIMIT.
