Avevo chiesto quando prendevano una piega e mi era stato detto 14.50 , ma le signore avevano dimenticato di " aggiungere " che c'era da pagare lo shampoo a parte e il balsamo con un costo totale di 23.50 € . Professionalità zero e una piega che anche una persona inesperta avrebbe fatto meglio
I was disappointed both by the costs and by the fold. I asked when they took a turn and I was told 14.50, but the ladies had forgotten to "add" that there was a separate shampoo and conditioner to pay with a total cost of € 23.50. Zero professionalism and a twist that even an inexperienced person would have done better
