Mi sono trovata da sola a dover fare una procedura amministrativa per me complicata legata all'ecobonus. La signora Samara dell'ufficio di Borgo San Lorenzo con pazienza e gentilezza mi ha guidata e insieme abbiamo riempito tutti i moduli che c'erano da riempire. In una fase storica dove tutti hanno fretta e dove è facile essere abbandonati a se stessi trovare ancora qualcuno che ti aiuta e che lo fa in modo gentile è un grande valore aggiunto.

In a historical phase where everyone is in a hurry and where it is easy to be left to oneself, finding someone who helps you and does it in a kind way is a great added value.
