★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata 2 volte per un cambio ... la prima per sostituire una maglia in regalo che era piccola ... prendo un completo pagato 23 euro .... torno perché non era conforme alla mia richiesta e mi viene scontato 16 euro anziché 23 sul nuovo acquisto perché c era il -30 in negozio .... io lavoro da oltre 14 anni in negozio e quando un cliente torna fa fede il prezzo sullo scontrino ... sia che in negozio c’è lo sconto sia che i prodotti sono a prezzo pieno ... gestione pessima anche se è una politica aziendale a quanto pare
I went 2 times for a change ... the first to replace a gift shirt that was small ... I get a full paid 23 euros .... I come back because it did not conform to my request and I am discounted 16 euros instead 23 on the new purchase because there was -30 in the shop .... I have been working in the shop for over 14 years and when a customer comes back the price on the receipt is valid ... both in the shop there is a discount and the products are full price ... bad management even if it is a company policy apparently
