Cmq, ormai OVS scarseggia davvero in tutto. Prezzi alti x quello che offre.
 Ask for the GreenPass (which I personally have), at the cashier, what's the point?
Anyway, now OVS is really in short supply in everything. High prices x what it offers.

A ragion del vero son passato altre volte anche da questo pdv e tutto bene.
Questa volta una commessa già vista ma che non mi aveva mai servito (capelli rossi) molto scortese...non tornerò più per paura di rincrociarla.
Spiace ma c'è modo e modo di trattare i clienti!
Recently strangely bad experience in a chain that I also have a membership card for.
For reasons of truth I have also been through this store on other occasions and all is well.
This time a saleswoman already seen but who had never served me (red hair) very rude ... I will never come back for fear of running into her.
Sorry but there is a way and way to treat customers!

Per i miei bimbi riesco a trovare quel che mi serve. In cassa e in riparto sempre molto gentili.
La commessa “alta” si accorge sempre quando ho bisogno di lei. Mentre la cassiera coi capelli rossi mi ha da sempre trasmesso allegria, simpatica e disponibile anche nella ricerca di articoli specifici magari non presenti nel punto vendita.
I have been a customer for years. From day one I would say. I have always found attention to the customer.
For my children I can find what I need. Always very kind at the cashier and in the allotment.
The "high" saleswoman always notices when I need her. While the cashier with red hair has always transmitted me joy, nice and also available in the search for specific items perhaps not present in the store.

Not only was there a long wait in line to pay as there was nobody at the cash register, but when I finally had my turn, the staff member at the register, when i was supposed to receive my change, had the audacity to say „i dont feel like giving you 99cents so im not going to, bye“. I was in such shock that it took a moment for me to even process what this man had just said to me. Had he been polite i willingly would’ve left the 99cents as a tip, its not that much money. The fact of this matter is not that i did not receive my money back, but rather the incredibly rude and disrespectful manner the staff spoke to me in.
