E	Elisa Aversano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza.Siamo entrate coi bimbi oggi pm in negozio per cambiare un completo bimbo e un altro bimba.il primo era solo un cambio modello,il secondo taglia.arrivate alla cassa la commessa (con capelli neri ricci)prendeva vestiti in malomodo,facendo confusione tra capi nonostante erano li davanti e spiaegavamo la tipologia di cambio.si rivolgeva gia all'inizio in modo sgarbato e acido dicendo che dovevamo dare differenza di sette euro,le facevamo notare che I cambi erano su cose identiche di valore,lei insisteva,finche un altra commessa bionda gentile rifaceva bene il calcolo e ci diceva che non dovevamo dar nulla.la commessa in questione non solo non si scusava ma si girava a guardare fuori senza degnarci di scuse e ancor piu ineducato neanche rispondeva al nostro gentile saluto di buonasera,arrivederci.la maleducazione in persona coi clientei mamme.non e'la prima volta che la stessa si rivolge cosi rappresentando malissimo l'azienda! Comprai un bel giacchetto per l'inverno(la taglia era piccola ma il giacchetto grande) e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Non so se sia tutto made in italy o prodotti dall'estero come ho trovato scritto in un'altra recensione ma non ci vedo nessun problema. Great place, very kind and polite staff, they help you immediately to find what you are looking for, no one stands with their hands and they get busy. I bought a nice jacket for the winter (the size was small but the jacket large) and I was satisfied with it. I don't know if it's all made in Italy or produced from abroad as I found written in another review but I don't see any problems.
