m	marzia cittadini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e scorrettezza. Ho comprato due paia di calzini alle 16.40 in uno store a Latina al prezzo complessivo di euro 17.98. Alle 18.30 della stessa giornata sono entrata nello store di Nettuno perché ho cambiato idea e volevo prendere una tutina come l'avevo già presa a 17.99 sempre nella stessa giornata ma non mi é stato permesso perché pretendevano che io la pagassi a prezzo di listino (maggiorata del 30%) con la motivazione che i calzini erano stati comprati a prezzo di listino. Quindi se io fossi entrata e avessi acquistato direttamente la tutina l'avrei pagata 17.99 se invece avessi dato indietro i calzini mi sarebbe costata il 30%in più. Ora mi chiedo in 2 ore e meno di 30 km c'è la valuta estera o la sovrattassa turistica? Vergognosi. Tornando nel primo negozio sono stata immediatamente soddisfatta perché per fortuna i miei soldi non avevano perso valuta.....dopo esser passata al comando della finanza e dopo aver denunciato il fatto all'associazione consumatori. Unkindness and unfairness. I bought two pairs of socks at 4.40 pm in a store in Latina for a total price of € 17.98. At 18.30 on the same day I entered the Nettuno store because I changed my mind and wanted to get a onesie as I had already bought it at 17.99 on the same day but I was not allowed because they demanded that I pay for it at the list price (increased 30%) on the grounds that the socks were bought at a list price. So if I had gone in and bought the onesie directly I would have paid 17.99 if instead I had given back the socks it would have cost me 30% more. Now I wonder in 2 hours and less than 30 km is there a foreign currency or a tourist surcharge? Shameful. Returning to the first shop I was immediately satisfied because luckily my money had not lost currency ..... after having passed to the command of finance and after having reported the fact to the consumer association.
