Mi ritrovo due commesse in cassa in piena conversazione e una signora che faceva rifornimento della merce. Chiedo informazioni per due volte e piuttosto che aiutarmi mi viene indicato sommariamente dove potevo trovare la merce che cercavo con aria molto infastidita, nessuno si è degnato di lasciare 5 minuti, sottolineando il fatto che tra il pancione e la bambina le mie possibilità di movimento erano ridotte, tra merce bassa e merce appesa, il minimo che mi aspettavo era un po' di aiuto e comprensione, dato che c'erano ben 3 commesse e solo io come cliente! Frustata e stanca me ne vado a malincuore e con rammarico perché compro spesso al punto vendita di Milazzo dove le commesse sono sempre disponibili. L'assistenza alla clientela del Centro Sicilia è invece molto deludente, per non dire inesistente!
