Chiamato in azienda, hanno accollato la colpa al corriere, ci hanno verbalmente promesso un rimborso mai avvenuto, e poi ci hanno graziosamente messo in lista nera impedendoci ulteriori acquisti, in quanto la loro politica commerciale sarebbe di eliminare la clientela che lamenta disservizi. Cioè: se tu hai un problema con i nostri prodotti, io ti caccio! Pessimi.
