★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da utente HP suggerisco di non andarci neanche se siete disperati. Se vi servono cartucce economiche questo non è il posto, prendetele online. Se vi servono cartucce affidabili e con una buona qualità di stampa questo non è il posto perché le cartucce spesso si intasano o non vengono riconosciute dalla stampante e comunque hanno problemi nell'allineamento anche quando funzionano, in quel caso buttate giù il rospo e prendetele originali.
As an HP user, I suggest not going there even if you are desperate. If you need cheap cartridges this is not the place, take them online. If you need reliable cartridges with good print quality this is not the place because the cartridges often get clogged or are not recognized by the printer and in any case have alignment problems even when they work, in that case throw the toad down and take the original .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premessa: il ragazzo che ci lavora è bravissimo e cordiale. E' proprio il sistema che non funziona: ho ricaricato la cartuccia e il risultato, una volta giunto a casa, è stato trovare la giacca imbrattata di inchiostro, così come le mani. La cartuccia perde inchiostro da ogni pertugio. Di sicuro ora imbratterà anche la stampante. Purtroppo mi convinco che il risparmio non vale la spesa. Dopo un'ora e vari tentativi non riesco ancora a pulirmi le mani di inchiostro.

The cartridge leaks ink from every hole. For sure now it will smear the printer too. Unfortunately, I am convinced that the savings are not worth the money.
