Il proprietario ha risposto subito educatamente alla mia recensione dispiaciuto di quanto accaduto. Oggi, mettendo da parte il mio orgoglio, sono tornata da loro e devo dire che è andata benissimo. Tutte le ragazze sono state molto cortesi e Paolo è stato bravissimo a tagliarmi i capelli. Ha capito subito quali erano le mie aspettative. Sono uscita dal negozio soddisfatta. Ho pagato 40 euro taglio e messa in piega. Prezzo giusto e strameritato. Grazie ancora a tutti. Mi dispiace di quanto scritto in precedenza e mi scuso. Penso proprio che da oggi in poi andrò sempre da loro.
 Previously, years ago, I didn't give it a good review because I was truly disappointed. The owner immediately responded politely to my review sorry for what happened. Today, putting my pride aside, I went back to them and I must say it went very well. All the girls were very polite and Paolo was very good at cutting my hair. He immediately understood what my expectations were. I left the shop satisfied. I paid 40 euros for cutting and styling. Fair and deserved price. Thanks again everyone. Sono stata consigliata da una professionista anzi per me un'artista, non mi facevano un colore così da anni, ho girato molti parrucchiere e non mi hanno mai soddisfatto così come loro.
Gentilezza professionalità, le ragazze venivano sempre a chiedere se andava tutto bene o volevo qualcosa.
Lo stra consiglio vivamente e grazie a Rosella con tutta la pazienza che ha avuto con me.
