Assoluta mancanza di professionalità e di modo di fare. Da evitare! (Ho messo una stella solo perché non si poteva mettere di meno) The groupon is just a tool to get someone into a shop where nobody would otherwise enter. Da un taglio lungo e scalato da accorciare leggermente sono uscita con taglio asimmetrico non richiesto..che asimmetrico peraltro non è, dati i numerosi "buchi"...forse in 6 mesi riuscirò a ritornare alla lunghezza originaria. Bad experience. Il posto è piccolo ed è frequentato da signori anziani con età media 75 anni. Avevo chiesto un taglio poco sbarazzino che non mi andasse a togliere più di 7 cm, avendo dei capelli davvero lunghi e molto curati, ma la signora mi ha stravolto i capelli facendoli cortissimi e tagliando più del doppio da me richiesto. Consiglio vivamente di farsi un bagno di umiltà perché errare è umano ma bisogna ammetterlo e scusarsi col cliente, non perseverare con arroganza e saccenza! Due ore e mezza di servizio insoddisfacente, lento e poco attento a mettere a proprio agio il cliente. Un sorriso ogni tanto fatelo che è gratuito! I came to this place for buying a coupon on Groupon but I had better run away. The place is small and is frequented by elderly gentlemen with an average age of 75 years. I had asked for a little cheeky cut that didn't go to remove more than 7 cm, having really long and very neat hair, but the lady twisted my hair making it very short and cutting more than twice as much as I requested. I highly recommend taking a bath of humility because to err is human but you have to admit it and apologize to the customer, do not persevere with arrogance and saccenza! Two and a half hours of unsatisfactory service, slow and uninterested in putting the customer at ease. A smile sometimes do it for free!

Sono arrivata li con dei capelli molto lunghi delle foto per il taglio e la richiesta di schiariture,mi sono ritrovata con un taglio cortissimo! Che ancora dichiarava essere come quello richiesto, con dei buchi in alcune parti della testa(ho le foto!!) e con schiariture che , fatte con il capello lungo una volta diventato "ultracorto" si e' presentato a macchie. Mi sono trovata costretta a prenotare da un'altra parte ed in settimana dovro sistemare con extensions il danno sperando che in qualche mese possano tornare almeno ad una lunghezza ragionevole per poter anche legarli e praticare sport (come avevo fatto presente)assolutamente no! I will never come back! I arrived there with very long hair from the photos for the cut and the request for lightening, I found myself with a very short cut! Which still claimed to be like the one requested, with holes in some parts of the head (I have the photos !!) and with lightening that, made with long hair once it became "ultra-short", showed up in spots. I found myself forced to book somewhere else and during the week I will have to fix the damage with extensions hoping that in a few months they can return to at least a reasonable length to be able to tie them and play sports (as I had mentioned) absolutely not!
