★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è discreto, avrebbe bisogno di qualche rifacimento mobiliare per il teatro e una manutenzione generica più ampia, per il resto è funzionale ottimo per feste e ritrovo per giovani, luogo sicuro lontano dalla strada principale che passa li a fianco.
