Dopo 6 mesi alla sostituzione del termostato hanno regolato la temperatura.La caldaia non tiene il minimo e non abbiamo acqua calda per la Modica spesa di 200,00. Dal momento che ha messo le mani il tecnico, il quale ha affermato che si sarebbe preso la responsabilità qualora fosse successo qualcosa, la caldaia non ha più funzionato! 4 giorni al freddo, abbandonati li senza che si preoccupassero di risolvere. Oggi son passato in ufficio e, come sospettavo, il tecnico ci fa passare per pazzi visionari... Che la caldaia era rotta, che l'acqua calda era un sogno e che non verranno più! Poi, tramite conoscenti, ho scoperto con piacere che questa ditta pensa solo ai soldi e che ha svariate denunce per lavori fatti alla carlona... Non la consiglio proprio per niente! Indecent! La caldaia ha funzionato per pochi giorni ,chiamato di nuovo la ditta ORAM volevano altri 60 euro di chiamata per venire a fare un nuovo controllo. Interpellato da mio marito il titolare si è espresso in modo presuntuoso e arrogante invitandolo a cambiare ditta. Ne ho apprezzato la serietà avvisandomi prima dell'intervento dei costi che avrei sostenuto, la puntualità e la capacità professionale. Anche le segretarie sono state gentili ad assegnarmi il servizio in tempi più che ragionevoli il giorno dopo la mia richiesta.
