Dopo qualche minuto arriva Eva, la consulenza che ci seguirà nella scelta dei vari tessuti. Personale giovane ma davvero molto qualificato. Ci ha fatto prima completare un breve giro del negozio, esponendo i vari reparti, e dopo qualche breve piccola domanda di rito ha capito i nostri bisogni. Ci ha consigliato dei colori da abbinare, ci ha aiutato nella scelta della giusta metratura e nella ricerca di articoli per confezionare. Giocano tanto anche sull'esperienza sul tipo di tessuto da consigliare, che si tratti della realizzazione di una tenda, piuttosto che un divano, piuttosto che un abito. In un angolo del negozio abbiamo addirittura avuto modo di scoprire dei tessuti in pizzo con firme importanti di alta moda, non sempre reperibili in negozi di questo tipo.
