Personale gentile e disponibile, in altri negozi concorrenti trovi gli stessi articoli per la cucina, per esempio, di marche diverse, ma al triplo del costo e francamente non so se convengono .
 Nice shop of beautiful and special items, with cheap prices, a good variety of choice. Friendly and helpful staff, in other competing stores you find the same items for the kitchen, for example, of different brands, but at triple the cost and frankly I do not know if they agree.

It's like all the stores in the chain. My favorite remains the one recently opened in Melegnano: less well-stocked than this or that of Rozzano, but great courtesy and very convenient to be able to order any product in the catalog.

Segui le loro istruzioni e poiché il prodotto venduto non è funzionante torni per il cambio merce con scontrino e scatola. Loro non effettuano il cambio attaccandosi a tutti i possibili diffetti del loro stesso prodotto. Sconsigliato vivamente.
I report the purchase experience at Kasanova: Purchase product asking for information for a possible exchange of goods. Follow their instructions and since the product sold is not working return to exchange goods with receipt and box. They do not exchange by attaching themselves to all possible defects in their own product. Strongly not recommended.
