★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non ho particolarmente gradìto l'accoglienza. Cercavo un prodotto specifico e la responsabile che mi ha accolta non ne sapeva nulla, ha fatto fatica a trovarlo in catalogo, non ne conosceva i dettagli...visto che venivo pure da fuori la lunga attesa non e' stata certo piacevole

 I did not particularly appreciate the welcome. I was looking for a specific product and the manager who welcomed me didn't know anything about it, she struggled to find it in the catalog, she didn't know the details ... since I also came from outside the long wait was certainly not pleasant
