Hanno consegnato la cucina nei tempi prestabiliti, cosa non da poco in questo periodo. Da sottolineare la professionalità da parte dei montatori che hanno dedicato tutto il tempo necessario per l'installazione corretta della cucina e un merito speciale all'architetto Barbara che è riuscita a venirci incontro in ogni nostra richiesta. Ottima anche l'assistenza post vendita! Non potrei fare altro se non dare un punteggio di 5 stelle a questa attività, e concludere sottolineando l'estrema professionalità dell'Arch. In fase di scelta della cucina, Barbara mi ha seguita passo dopo passo e mi ha aiutata a trovare esattamente quello che stavo cercando rispettando il budget che le avevo chiesto. Mi ha anche assistita nella ricerca di prodotti che mi servano per la casa anche se non erano di sua competenza, dandomi un grosso aiuto. Non parlo ovviamente del marchio Stosa, perchè non sarei in grado di recensirlo in quanto non esperto del settore, ma sicuramente posso sottolineare la grande professionalità con cui Barbara ci ha accolti, e la massima attenzione con cui ci ha seguiti in tutti gli step che vanno dalla scelta all'assistenza post vendita e montaggio. Anche il servizio di montaggio è stato attento e minuzioso. Vista l'ottima esperienza della cucina, abbiamo acquistato presso questo negozio anche un bellissimo armadio Mercantini e un tavolo da pranzo...e sicuramente rimarrà il nostro punto di riferimento per i futuri acquisti di arredo. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!! Un impresa ardua perché vi ero molto affezionata...ma qui abbiamo trovato l'architetto Barbara giovanissima e preparata ha saputo consigliarci nella scelta.Ci ha guidati anche per il pavimento indicandoci colori più adatti alla nuova camera.L abbiamo contattata tante volte per consigli ed è stata sempre disponibile.La camera è appena arrivata... tutto è perfetto...non conoscevamo Mercatini ,mobili italiani e di ottima qualità siamo pienamente soddisfatti.... Il progetto di riadattamento è stato curato nei minimi dettagli dall'Arch. Barbara Alongi in base alle misure della cucina della casa nuova con top e alzatina ordinati in fabbrica. Che dire, la mia cucina Stosa è ancora come nuova dopo 14 anni e grazie ad operai esperenziati e qualificati ho potuto rivederla riadattata e rimontata egregiamente nella sua nuova collocazione. Negozio e marchio Stosa super consigliati. I turned to Stosa Torino Centro for the re-adaptation of my kitchen bought in 2008. What can I say, my Stosa kitchen is still like new after 14 years and thanks to experienced and qualified workers I was able to see it readjusted and reassembled very well in its new location.
