★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenza, serietà e disponibilità. Posso dire solo questo. Ho acquisto da poco un auto presso questa concessionaria e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Sono di Bologna e nonostante la distanza, ci siamo riusciti ad organizzare senza alcun problema, sia per la visione che per il ritiro del mezzo.
Competence, seriousness and availability. I can only say this. I recently bought a car at this dealership and I must say that I had a great time. I'm from Bologna and despite the distance, we managed to organize it without any problem, both for the vision and for the withdrawal of the vehicle.

La ragazza della reception, tuttavia, se non si prende appuntamento telefonico preventivo, soprattutto per spie sul cruscotto che richiedono interventi, e dovendo passarvi proprio davanti alla concessionaria di Arconate, risponde la prima volta quasi infastidita, la seconda in modo sgarbato. Diversamente da Legnano ove, invece, ho sempre trovato cortesia e disponibilità. Il cliente lo è sempre, sia quando acquista che in fase di assistenza post vendita. Un vero peccato che ciò accada. Questo induce, confermato e suggerito dalla seccata risposta della signorina di Arconate, nel futuro, a rivolgersi ad altre Concessionarie e probabilmente, a non dare, sui social, feedback e crediti positivi. Un vero peccato per coloro che, invece, ci mettono impegno, fatica, cortesia e disponibilità. Speriamo sia solo fritto di temporanea indisposizione o problematiche personali....Un grazie cmq per tutto il resto dei collaboratori che hanno risolto il superficiale problema con tatto e gentilezza.

The girl at the reception, however, if you do not make a preventive telephone appointment, especially for spies on the dashboard that require interventions, and having to pass right in front of the Arconate dealership, answers the first time almost annoyed, the second in a rude way. Unlike Legnano where, however, I have always found courtesy and availability. The customer always is, both when buying and in the after-sales service phase. A pity that this happens. This leads, confirmed and suggested by the annoyed response of the lady from Arconate, in the future, to turn to other dealerships and probably, not to give positive feedback and credits on social networks. A real shame for those who, on the other hand, put effort, effort, courtesy and availability into it. We hope it is only fried due to temporary indisposition or personal problems .... Thanks anyway to all the rest of the collaborators who have solved the superficial problem with tact and kindness.
