Al funerale, la mia mamma era sfigurata ed irriconoscibile, le hanno addirittura messo la dentiera quando era già congelata e sembrava un pallone, aveva anche la testa storta, e l'hanno messo in una posizione che sembrava senza collo.? Ribadisco, irriconoscibile sembrava Homer Simpson... Me la sono sognata cosi per giorni? Inoltre il prete non si è presentato al cimitero per la benedizione! L'agenzia si è giustificata dicendo che avevano lasciato un messaggio in segreteria, senza però poi preoccuparsi di alcun riscontro... Io purtroppo ho potuto permettermi solo il funerale base, ma non immaginavo certo di dover subire un trattamento del genere... Quando ovviamente ho fatto le mie rimostranze, la signora Sandra mi ha applicato uno sconto sulla vestizione e mi ha promesso che mi avrebbe fatto fare la foto in marmo... A tutt'oggi non ho avuto alcun riscontro. Pessimo servizio e pochissima serietà... Avendo avuto disponibilità economica mi sarei appoggiata ad un legale e chiesto il risarcimento dei danni materiali e morali Ma purtroppo non ho potuto e forse loro hanno proprio contato su questo. E pensare che avevo guardato le recensioni, evidentemente nn sono veritiere... Sconsiglio quindi vivamente a chiunque di affidarsi a loro per qualsiasi servizio se non vuole rimanere deluso ed amareggiato! I give a star because you can't give less! When my mother died I used them but I regretted it bitterly! At the funeral, my mum was disfigured and unrecognizable, they even put her dentures when she was already frozen and looked like a football, she also had a twisted head, and they put her in a position that seemed neckless. ? Again, unrecognizable seemed Homer Simpson ... I dreamed of it like that for days? Besides, the priest didn't show up at the cemetery for the blessing! The agency justified itself by saying that they had left a message on the answering machine, without worrying about any feedback ... Unfortunately, I could only afford the basic funeral, but I certainly did not imagine that I would have to undergo such treatment ... When obviously I made my complaints, Mrs. Sandra gave me a discount on the dressing and promised me that she would have me take the marble photo ... To date I have not had any feedback. Bad service and very little seriousness ... Having had economic availability I would have leaned on a lawyer and asked for compensation for material and moral damages But unfortunately I could not and perhaps they have just counted on this. And to think that I had looked at the reviews, obviously they are not true ... Therefore I strongly advise against anyone to rely on them for any service if they do not want to be disappointed and embittered!
