★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approdati per caso stasera in questa birreria, locale molto intimo e ottimo servizio. Ho potuto fare una degustazione di birre, onestamente mi sono piaciute tutte. Le ragazze sono molto disponibili e ci hanno saputo indicare un buon abbinamento. Buone proposte anche dalla cucina.
Arrived by chance tonight in this brewery, very intimate and excellent service. I was able to have a tasting of beers, honestly I liked them all. The girls are very helpful and have been able to indicate a good match. Good proposals also from the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto dove fermarsi a bere una buona birra e spizzicare qualcosa.
Otto spine a disposizione, taglieri di salumi e formaggi accompagnati da pane, piadina e tigelle fatti con le trebbie delle cotte ( i malti usati per fare la base, il mosto della birra).
Buoni i crostini (non facili da trovare), buona la gelatina di birra e una menzione speciale alla piadina, degna della miglior piadineria romagnola ( è quella un po' spessa, diciamo alla cesenate).
Ragazzi cortesi e solleciti, abili a spiegare le sfumature di ogni birra.
Great place to stop for a good beer and nibble on something.
Eight thorns available, platters of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by bread, piadina and tigelle made with cooked threshers (the malts used to make the base, the beer wort).
Good crostini (not easy to find), good beer jelly and a special mention to the piadina, worthy of the best Romagna piadineria (it's a bit thick, let's say cesenate).
Courteous and attentive guys, able to explain the nuances of each beer.

Tagliere degno di nota, birra in tutte le sue sfumature di bontà, prezzi onesti e personale cortese e gentile. Abbiamo preso la degustazione di birra che, accompagnata dalla descrizione della ragazza al banco, ci ha indirizzati verso ciò che le ns papille gustative avrebbero preferito per il secondo giro. Non possiamo non tornare per assaporare il resto. Ci rivedremo presto!

Notable platter, beer in all its shades of goodness, honest prices and courteous and kind staff. We took the beer tasting which, accompanied by the description of the girl at the counter, directed us to what our taste buds would have preferred for the second round. We cannot fail to return to savor the rest. We will meet again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastico! Abbiamo partecipato al tour guidato alla scoperta della "nascita" della birra artigianale e abbiamo visto ed imparato un sacco di cose interessanti. A seguito della visita con degustazione siamo rimasti a cena: i panini sono ottimi e ricercati e la gelatina di birra buonissima! Lo scopo principale del birrificio è l'inclusione lavorativa di persone disabili e ci stanno riuscendo alla grande. Consiglio vivamente, birre buone e solidali! ?
