Dopo oltre 40 giorni di silenzio mi sento obbligato a chiamare, io, per avere chiarimenti, la risposta cit.:" Abbiamo cambiato fornitore, non possiamo più essere d'aiuto. Arrivederci.". Come ho già detto, IMBARAZZANTE. EMBARRASSING. It takes me more than an hour to choose between various details: before deciding they tell me that they will let me have a rendering. After more than 40 days of silence I feel obliged to call, for clarification, the quoted answer: "We have changed supplier, we can no longer be of help. Goodbye.". As I said, EMBARRASSING.

Fin da subito ha saputo tranquillizzare la mia famiglia occupandosi di tutto quanto ci fosse da fare per l' organizzazione del funerale e gli aspetti burocratici. Ci ha supportato in ogni momento con gentilezza, cordialita' e puntualita', dalla prima telefonata fino all' ultimo saluto del nostro caro.
