Oltre al prezzo assolutamente competitivo il personale mi ha spiegato in maniera puntuale il lavoro svolto e fatto notare che il parabrezza installato è nuovo(=mai usato) e fornito di primo impianto dalla casa madre: Pilkington (...personalmente lo davo per scontato ma deduco che nell’ambiente ci sia chi usa parabrezza “ricondizionati”).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Causa sassolino in autostrada mi sono trovato il parabrezza con una piccola scheggiatura, di un cm di diametro. Cristalli Auto mi ha dato subito disponibilità per la riparazione con tempi di attesa molto contenuti a un buon prezzo. Sono stati molto cortesi e sinceri dicendomi anche i rischi che poteva comportare la riparazione.
Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dal lavoro di Alexander perché ora si veda solo un piccolissimo alone e il vetro è sicuro. Per di più c'ha messo anche meno della mezz'ora prevista.

Cause pebble on the highway I found the windshield with a small chip, one cm in diameter. Cristalli Auto immediately gave me availability for repairs with very short waiting times at a good price. They were very courteous and sincere, also telling me the risks that the repair could entail.
I was very pleased with Alexander's work because now only a very small halo is visible and the glass is safe. What's more, it took even less than the half hour expected.
