La prima volta lo schermo è stato messo male, e sono tornata una seconda volta: il telefono è stato rovinato ulteriormente. Mancano pezzi di scocca e lo schermo lampeggia e mi dà diversi problemi. Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero richiamato ma ciò non è avvenuto. Stanca di passare al negozio e di chiamare, ho inviato alcuni messaggi a cui non hanno mai risposto.
In conclusione sto aspettando da due mesi la riparazione o il rimborso del cellulare.
I took my phone to repair: screen and battery. I was told that the screen was original, but it is not.
The first time the screen was bad, and I came back a second time: the phone was ruined further. Pieces of body shell are missing and the screen flashes and gives me several problems. I was told they would call me back but that didn't happen. Tired of going to the store and calling, I sent some messages to which they never replied.
In conclusion, I have been waiting for two months to have my cell phone repaired or reimbursed.
