Ho sempre un po' di ansietta quando vado a riprendere Dharma ma solo perché ho paura che si sia trovata meglio che a casa! E infatti rimane un po' malinconica per qualche ora. A richiesta Andrea è anche contento di dare consigli riguardo il comportamento del cane e quel che ci ha detto ci sempre aiutato a gestirla meglio. Credo che riproveremo anche la condivisione dello spazio con un altro cane: sembra che dharma abbia apprezzato la compagnia! Very trained staff, attention to the requests of the owner and the needs of the dog, total empathy with our dog, careful grooming. I always have a bit of anxiety when I go to take Dharma again but only because I am afraid that it is better than at home! And in fact she remains a bit melancholy for a few hours. Andrea è una persona squisita, genuina e veramente bravo con gli animali. La struttura è ottima, i cani hanno un'ampia gabbia con una parte esterna e una interna. La zona di gioco è grandissima e tutto è pulito e ben curato. Excellent excellent pension. I've been bringing my three dogs here for the past 3 years. I always find them happy and serene and much more disciplined. Andrea is an exquisite person, genuine and really good with animals. The structure is excellent, the dogs have a large cage with an external and an internal part. The playing area is huge and everything is clean and well cared for.
v	vertical 365 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cane al mio arrivo era felice in forma pulito e profumato...meglio di così...nessun cambiamento comportamentale a casa quindi tutto bene...non do cinque stelle perché sinceramente l'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori nel senso che qualche sorriso non guasta...sembra di dare fastidio... The dog on my arrival was happy in clean and fragrant form ... better than that ... no behavioral changes at home so everything is fine ... I do not give five stars because honestly the welcome was not the best in the sense that some smile does not hurt ... it seems to annoy ...

Altra persona che ha portato il gatto con 1 settimana di differenza da me ha avuto stessi problemi. Poi mi viene da pensare..... come mai il luogo dove lascio il mio animaletto non e' visitabile ? Nemmeno una foto? Di sicuro non ce lo porto piu My cat returned home terrified. Clogged with cold and bleeding eye. Words from my vet she's also dehydrated. Another person who brought the cat with 1 week difference from me had the same problems. Then it makes me think ..... why the place where I leave my pet is not open to visitors? Not even a photo? I sure don't take it anymore

N	Nicoletta Picconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ringrazio il proprietario della pensione per aver risposto e certamente prenderò in considerazione i suoi consigli, vorrei però precisare che la gatta è stata vaccinata il 26 giugno allo scadere del richiamo della consueta vaccinazione annuale altrimenti non si spiegherebbe che anche a luglio e ad agosto 2020 sia stata vostra ospite. raffreddore ed annessi sono patologia sopraggiunte ,come da comunicazioni telefoniche e per mail della vostra veterinaria, dopo diversi giorni che si trovava da voi causa contatto con gatto arrivato nella vostra struttura già malato. Noi siamo stati avvisati telefonicamente della cosa il 27 agosto, la gatta è entrata l’11 Volevo,precisare questi due particolari perché quello che ha scritto in merito alla mia poca attenzione nei confronti degli animali mi offende profondamente. Sono pienamente disponibile in sede privata per un equo confronto chiarificatore. Lo spazio a loro disposizione è su misura per le esigenze feline e il responsabile, Andrea, è una persona disponibile e gentile. Ottima esperienza, torneremo sicuramente!
