Asked for quote, the price was very good. But I was a bit suspicious how the prices could vary that much. Did not believe either that he does not have negative feedback. Then took the risk and placed the order. All arrived timely, something was broken, but the exchange was totally hassle free. Think its kinda included in expensive shipping cost with insurance. I'm more that satisfied! Many thanks!

Online shopping is always a risk but I read all the glowing reviews & took a chance it was all legitimate and it was. It was best decision we made. We love the tiles & Matteo made the whole process very easy, he was very helpful. I would defiantly recommend onetile.it to anyone. I would also use this service again. My husband and I went to an upscale tile store in Toronto, Canada and found a tile that we both liked but with a price we didnt like and a long delivery time also. I contacted Matteo when we were ready to purchase our tiles and he basically held my hand the entire way. He knew that I was concerned purchasing 5000 square feet of tile from a online site and a person I had never met. He took care of all of my hesitations. The price was less than half of what we were quoted in Toronto, the delivery time was less AND they were delivered right to my door. The packaging was very well done and considering how many boxes of tile we received, only a few were broken in transit-very amazing. He offered to send replacements for the broken ones too. Outstanding service, price and customer service. Highly recommended!

The tiles are very beautiful, of high quality and are offered at a fair price. The website has a very wide choice of various tiles for indoor and outdoor use. The service of Matteo, the contactperson / manager of One-Tile, is very good. He is very easily accessible via what's app and mail. Mateo responds 24x7 within an hour, even on weekends. Payment is only possible by transferring the money directly to the bank account, no payment options via credit card. The tiles were delivered to our home 2 to 3 weeks after the order. Prices are extremely competitive even including delivery. Delivery was flawless. Thanks to Onetile.it i have been able to install high quality Italian porcelain for the price of a local low range product.

They are not interested in anything and they are constantly shouting. I received a shipment worth EUR 4 000. One tile was damaged and I documented everything properly and wrote a complaint on delivery. ONETILE of course objected that I did not sign the complaint at the time of collection, which of course is NOT TRUE and that they do not accept any responsibility. And they do not accept any claim. As I followed their instructions exactly, I don't understand why a shop with such a name is managed in this way. As I write in the purchase they are helpful till you pay the money, but do not expect a pro customer service when something goes wrong, you are just unlucky and you will not see the money again. Sorry but for me its not an option...
