★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che ho fatto il colore sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, purtroppo l’ultima non è andata così. (Sarà stato per antipatia). Mi hanno fatto il colore senza prima pettinare i capelli, quindi mi sono rimaste ciocche chiare con il risultato di un colore non uniforme. Non mi hanno messo la crema per evitare di macchiarmi, e sono tornata a casa con la fronte colorata. Ho speso dunque 85 EURO per una tinta fatta male, hanno mentito sul fatto di aver usato 140 grammi di prodotto sui miei capelli (lunghezza metà schiena) rispetto la prima volta che erano lunghi fino livello sedere e ne avevano usato 90 grammi.
La loro scusa era che avevo i capelli molto biondi, la realtà è che avevo i capelli color castano chiaro e leggermente biondi alle punte. Totale 105 euro per tornare a casa con i capelli che fanno schifo.
I prodotti sono di ottima qualità, ma purtroppo manca un po’ di professionalità nel personale.
The first time I did the color I was very satisfied, unfortunately the last one did not go that way. (It must have been out of dislike). They did the color without combing my hair first, so I was left with light locks resulting in an uneven color. They didn't put cream on me to avoid staining me, and I came home with a colored forehead. So I spent 85 EUROS for a bad dye, they lied about using 140 grams of product on my hair (mid back length) compared to the first time they were up to butt length and they had used 90 grams.
Their excuse was that I had very blonde hair, the reality is that I had light brown hair and slightly blonde at the tips. Total 105 euros to go home with disgusting hair.
The products are of excellent quality, but unfortunately there is a lack of professionalism in the staff.
