M	MARCO ST2311 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono servito da loro ed è stata una pessima esperienza che a mio avviso non rappresenta un caso isolato in quanto ho avuto modo di poter constatare che si servono di montatori ed installatori non facenti parte dell'organico aziendale e totalmente inesperti anche nel montaggio di semplici cose fino a sbagliare completamente anche l'impianto elettrico. La gestione dei lavori poi è stata altrettanto pessima. Spero che corrano ai ripari assumendo personale veramente qualificato e che gli facciano fare i giusti corsi anche in materia di sicurezza oltre che di montaggio degli apparati..quando ne avrò prova, non avrò difficoltà a riconoscergli anche 5 stelle. Ho chiesto di poterlo restituire e mi è stata negata la possibilità. Ho potuto solo scambiarlo con un articolo con valore inferiore senza essere rimborsata della differenza. Purtroppo mio padre è deceduto prima della consegna dell'articolo e l'unica possibilità offertami estate di tenerlo in conto vendita come usato. A distanza di un anno, l' ho personalmente ritirato, perché alla mia richiesta di consegna ho incontrato solo rispostenegative. È stato anteporre il guadagno rispetto all'umanità. VERGOGNA! Non ultimo, avendo a che fare con persone anziane, si sono rivelati attenti, pazienti e di grande umanità. Encomiabili. Ditta seria e affidabile che ti segue dalla richiesta di permessi per il Comune fino alla completa installazione. Io ho dovuto attendere più del previsto a causa di mancanza materie prime dovute ai ritardi COVID . Sono comunque soddisfatta del prodotto che è bello anche esteticamente .
