Mi sono sentita capita e molto a mio agio e per una come me che ha il terrore del dentista è veramente fondamentale. Molto gentili e disponibili e brave anche le sue assistenti. Mi si é rotta una Capsula alle 22 di sabato 31 Luglio, (il mio dentista di fiducia era un ferie) dopo un accurata ricerca su Google mi sono imbattuto nel numero delle emergenze della dottoressa Deborah Mannelli ho chiamato, mi ha risposto e mi ha fissato un appuntamento per il giorno dopo, di domenica! Dopo un accurata visita mi ha stilato un preventivo, con la soluzione al problema, identificando i anche un altro dente con problemi, mi ha fatto tutto a tempo record mettendo in sicurezza anche il dente da devitalizzare, in tempo per la partenza del giorno dopo per le ferie. Che dire veramente efficiente e professionale, sicuramente ha acquistato un nuovo cliente. It should be given 10 stars because it deserves them all. After a thorough visit, he drew up a quote for me, with the solution to the problem, identifying another tooth with problems, he did everything to me in record time, making the tooth to be devitalized safe too, in time for the departure the next day for holidays. What can I say really efficient and professional, definitely bought a new customer.

Sono stato nello studio della Dottoressa Mannelli che nel volgere di un ora non solo ha risolto il problema che avevo sul molare non curato bene ,ma con grande professionalità e competenza ha individuato anche un altro dente che aveva bisogno di essere curato. Dopo aver effettuato una lastra e aver riscontrato una piccola carie son stato rassicurato sul fatto che si tratti di una carie troppo piccola per essere curata in questo momento e per questo sono stato invitato ad una successiva visita dopo 6 mesi oltre che ad una più attenta e accurata igiene orale. Super soddisfatto della professionalità e cordialità dell’intero Staff. Ero disperata! Ho chiamato lo studio della Dott.ssa Deborah e sono rimasta colpita dalla disponibilità e gentilezza. Dopo 20 minuti ero già nello studio sapendo cosa avrei dovuto fare. È bello scoprire che ci sono ancora persone che fanno il proprio lavoro con passione, dedicando attenzione ai piccoli dettagli - come avermi chiamata per nome a fine visita - Io che sono una attenta ai dettagli sono stata “conquistata” e sicuramente valuterò di cambiare dentista! La visita è stata scrupolosa, la dottoressa ha trattato efficacemente il problema in corso ed è intervenuta anche per prevenire l'insorgenza di uno nuovo, trasmettendomi serenità e fiducia. Mi ha dato preziosi consigli su come curarmi a casa, nessun dentista si era mai preso cura di me in questo modo! La consiglio vivamente, se abitassi più vicino a uno dei suoi studi diventerei sua paziente senza esitazioni.
