Gli dici di volere dei vestiti e si dimenticano di metterli da parte per cui poi ovviamente vengono venduti e quindi sei costretta a prendere della roba che magari non ti piace molto. Saranno prese sicuramente da molti ordini, per cui consiglio di migliorare l'organizzazione del personale e inserire una persona ad hoc per gli ordini online (qualora non ci fosse, altrimenti aggiungerne un'altra!)
Completely bad experience. Ineffective whatsapp support for exchanges. You tell them you want some clothes and they forget to put them aside so obviously they are sold and then you are forced to take some stuff that you may not like very much. They will certainly be taken by many orders, so I recommend improving the staff organization and inserting an ad hoc person for online orders (if there is not one, otherwise add another!)

Commessa indisponente, con zero voglia di aiutare i clienti.Alla prima informazione chiesta, ho ricevuto risposte sgarbate e provocatorie che mettevano davvero a dura provava la mia pazienza, si che ho preferito andare via senza acquistare niente. Consiglio vivamente ai titolari di tener d'occhio questa situazione, perchè io personalmente non metterò mai più' piede lì dentro.
Beautiful dresses. But unfortunately a negative experience in the Volla store. Irritating saleswoman, with zero desire to help customers.At the first information asked, I received rude and provocative answers that really put a strain on my patience, so that I preferred to leave without buying anything. I highly recommend the owners to keep an eye on this situation, because I personally will never set foot in there again.
