Ero scettica perche se ne sentono tante, senza contare che Figaro, il mio meticcione di 12 anni, era nervoso ed ansioso. Ma fin da subito c’è stata intesa tra lui ed il ragazzo titolare neo padre. La toelettatura lo ha messo a dura prova, ma il giovane con dolcezza e professionalitá ha veramente fatto un miracolo!! ❤️ Super recommended !! Education, cleanliness and professionalism !! I was skeptical because I hear so many of them, not to mention that Figaro, my 12-year-old jerk, was nervous and anxious. But right from the start there was an understanding between him and the new father. The grooming has put him to the test, but the young man with sweetness and professionalism has really done a miracle !! ❤️

Risultati garantiti, personale serio e risultati seri. Il negozio è molto fornito e offre un’ampia scelta di croccantini, giochi e oggetti per l’igiene. Presonale molto attento alla cura dei cani e vengono trattati davvero bene. La consiglio a tutti!!! After taking my 3 year course in about ten different groomers I finally found the right one! Guaranteed results, serious staff and serious results. The shop is well stocked and offers a wide selection of treats, games and hygiene items. They are very attentive to the care of dogs and they are treated really well. I recommend it to everyone !!!

Voleva fare per forza una snodatura del costo 50€ quando la mia cagnolina non ne aveva assolutamente bisogno in quanto a luglio l aveva tosata da loro e il pelo è ancora corto la sua insistenza mi ha innervosita e sono andata da un altro toletttatore che mi ha ha asserito che la cagnolina non ne ha bisogno e sono rimasta molto contenta della sua professionalità! I was very disappointed with the behavior of the groomer which was not that of July. He wanted to do a joint of the cost of € 50 when my dog absolutely did not need it as in July she had it clipped by them and the hair is still short her insistence made me nervous and I went to another groomer who has me he asserted that the dog does not need it and I was very happy with his professionalism!

A parte che non ero mai stata in una toelettatura e nonostante questo ho trovato la mia Luna molto serena. Inoltre è stato fatto un ottimo lavoro sia di lavaggio che di pulizia generale. Sono molto soddisfatta, ci ritornerò sicuramente. I first took my dog there last week for a flea bath. Sul lavaggio e taglio non ho nulla da dire ma non ho gradito l'atteggiamento del toelettatore. Mi dice di tornare dopo 1 ora e mezza, ma quando torno non solo sento la mia piccolina urlare di dolore continuo ma quando chiedo se era pronta mi risponde:non ancora qui mica facciamo le pizze!!!!Non è questo il modo di rispondere... I state that I have a very good dog, super accustomed to grooming ..... I have nothing to say about washing and cutting but I did not like the attitude of the groomer. He tells me to come back after 1 hour and a half, but when I come back not only do I hear my little girl screaming in pain but when I ask if she was ready she replies: not yet here we don't make pizzas !!!! This is not the way to answer ...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, my dog is 13 years old, and this is the first time it has been seen that she has been washed. Shiny and soft coat. We are more than satisfied.
