Il personale è eccezionale, sono competenti e gentili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima , oltre che un solo dipendente per l'intero negozio , dopo essermi recato alle casse e pagato, mi sono reso conto che il prezzo imposto sul prodotto era più basso di quello pagato.Chieste spiegazioni ho ricevuto solo risposte confuse e scortesi.Non sarà più il mio punto di riferimento per acquisti futuri.
Bad experience, as well as only one employee for the whole shop, after I went to the checkout and paid, I realized that the price imposed on the product was lower than the one paid. Asked for explanations I received only confused and rude answers. it will no longer be my point of reference for future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fornito di un ricco assortimento di cibo e di accessori per cani e gatti. Un po' confusionari gli scaffali, si rischia di non trovare ciò che si cerca senza chiedere aiuto. Le offerte sono vantaggiose, invece i prezzi in generale non sono più economici di altri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile ed attendo al cliente, e buon assortimento di prodotti per animali domestici (prevalentemente gatti e cani), sia per quanto riguarda i cibi che gli accessori ecc. Possibilità di parcheggio all'esterno, dal momento che si trova all'interno di una galleria commerciale. Personalmente ci acquisto spesso, anche per via degli sconti da volantino convenienti.
Very kind staff and I look forward to the customer, and a good assortment of products for pets (mainly cats and dogs), both in terms of food and accessories, etc. Possibility of parking outside, since it is located inside a shopping arcade. Personally, I buy there often, also because of the convenient flyer discounts.
